Numis Flourished - We Were Right!

“Will Numis flourish or flounder?” was the question. And we predicted it ahead of its time in our article Numis - Young & Growing (pavakivirtualwatercooler.com). Numis stock price has increased by about 25% to 333 pence per share, since our article.

Numis which is one of the leading financial institutes in the UK would be acquired by Deutsche Bank for approximately £410 million as per the report dated April 28,2023. Numis shareholders will receive 350 pence per share, under the terms of this transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.

After the completion of this transaction, it would be easier for Deutsche Bank to establish deeper in the UK region by catering to 170 corporate clients. This will accelerate its Global Hausbank strategy.

The of Board of Deutsche Bank and Board of Numis believe that the transaction will “establish a leading force in UK investment banking with a prominent position across corporate broking, strategic advisory (including M&A and growth capital), equity and debt capital markets and equity research, sales and execution.”

The strong balance sheet, shareholders interest and its significant market presence have definitely turned fruitful. You can refer to our original report here: Numis - Young & Growing (pavakivirtualwatercooler.com)
